Terms of Service

Booking Requests
All appointments are based on availability and mutual agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. I reserve the right to accept or decline any request at my discretion, without providing a reason.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of at least 20% is required to secure a booking. Approved payment methods will be provided in advance, and the deposit will be applied toward the final balance. A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged.

Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due in cash at the start of the engagement unless another arrangement has been agreed upon beforehand. All payments are final and not subject to refund or negotiation.

Scope of Engagement
Services are offered strictly for social companionship and shared time. Nothing provided or implied extends beyond what is lawful. Respectful, considerate interactions are expected at all times. If personal boundaries are disregarded or behavior becomes inappropriate in any way, the meeting will end immediately, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. If less notice is given, the remaining balance may be required via a pre-approved digital method.

  • Provider Cancellations: In the event I must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will either return the deposit promptly or offer an alternative time that works for you.

Privacy & Discretion
Your privacy is handled with the utmost care and respect. In return, the same level of discretion is expected. Sharing any personal or private details about me or our time together with others is strictly prohibited. I do not participate in or permit reviews on third-party platforms.
